8 days of Christmas…
Yes, I know that song says that there are 12 days of Chistmas and ABC Family says there are 25 days of Christmas, but in my closet it’s the eight days of Christmas. Over the years, I have accumulated quite a stash of Christmas clothing. Some items are cute, some items are….well, they’re tacky. I have Christmas sweaters, tee shirts, red cardigan, green cardigan, Christmas tree ballet flats, green Chucks, a headband made from garland….you get the idea.
Why do I do it? Well, mainly because I can. (I call this the Heathers justification. If you’ve seen the movie Heathers as many times as I have you know exactly what I’m talking about.) Secondly, it gives my students something to tease me about and sometimes even puts them in the holiday spirit.
I give you the first four days of Christmas.

GREEN Chucks? I’d like to see some pics of the fabulous fashion statement you make in those puppies! I have a 27 year old niece that has quite a collection of them herself. (Chucks, not puppies.) Are those considered ‘grunge?’ I’m also curious if you take your presentation to the next level by leaving them untied.
